The company offers fast learning opportunities, clients are reputable, sharing of knowledge is encouraged, opportunities to attend professional education courses, some benefits on top management level.
Cons
Constant heavy workload in an environment that has no clear structure and with IT solutions that are obsolete and difficult to work with. Central and regional top management has no people skills and is exclusively focused on profit. People are told to be replaceable, HR management is absent, there is no clear understanding on remuneration/award packages and advancement schemes. The company has no vision and is still searching for direction, changing models every year. Employees are overworked and dissatisfied. High staff turnover.
