Trabajas con clientes del tamaño de los que lleva una Big4 (PWC, EY, KPMG, DTT), conoces de diferentes sectores e industrias, el sueldo es mucho mejor que en cualquiera de las Big4 y tiene muy buenas prestaciones. Tienes la oportunidad de practicar tu inglés ya que la mayoría de los clientes no hablan español. Muchas oportunidades de crecimiento.

Falta de procesos formales establecidos, mucha rotación de personal, sobrecarga de trabajo, equipos demasiado grandes, desconocimiento del negocio por parte de la administración
