      Work life balance and good pay. New things to explore. Learning opportunities if you are willing to do.

      Cons

      Don't see any direction for growth More politics and not a friendly environment Local IT team and admin team in Yarwada, Pune office is not supportive at all.

      Pros

      A young, friendly working environment. Management is open to new ideas as long as they are well thought-out and followed up on. Lots of room for personal growth and development which is highly encouraged.
