Pros

I thought that a global company would improve my prospects.

Cons

The management team are purely focused on their own successes. Silo mentality, hire and fire mentality and no real understanding of how to get this troubled business out of its historic issues, especially in Europe. The previously successful marketing team has been stripped of any talent and the same is true of other departments. All you need to do is a simple search on LinkedIn to see how many senior managers and directors have left the business in the last 2 years since the Private Equity arrived. The staff turnover is unbelievable. That coupled with regulatory fines in Singapore and Jersey tells a story of a business struggling with its core competencies.

We're sorry to hear that you are having a less than positive career experience with us. Change and evolution is second nature to global organizations. Our people are the backbone of our organization that navigates us through the evolving business landscape especially in the midst of the pandemic, where we remained agile and adapt to changes to ensure we continue to have a strong footing as an organization.

Thank you for your positive acknowledgement on the employee engagement initiatives we have taken. While we recognize that work can be hectic at times, such engagement activities provide great opportunity to take a break and have fun with your team mates. Activities such as “Yoga & Meditation”, “MasterChef in Me”, Hobby Club, etc were specifically introduced to help create a work-life balance. With the pandemic forcing us to operate from home, our HR and management team at TMF will continue to look for creative ways to keep the teams connected and the environment fun-filled. We also have various recognitions platforms aligned to our Rewards & Recognition policy, peer-to-peer recognitions, etc. to ensure that we are able to recognise & reward special contributions. We value all feedback and would like to encourage you to connect with any member of the management or HR team to share your feedback or provide details on any unresolved issue. We follow an open door policy and will work with you for an appropriate resolution, whilst maintaining anonymity.

We're sorry to hear that you did not have the best career experience with us. We acknowledge that the fast-paced nature of the business can be challenging, however we are committed in putting our people first and respect is a core belief that we practice across the company regardless of ranking or other discriminatory biases.
