      Pros

      Ops and Technology department has set a long term goal/ plan and is good to see this taking shape - Management continues to focus on achieving those goals. Have had a lot of support from my manager in the past year as well - hence people centric

      Cons

      TMF has gone through a lot of changes over the last years and has made it feel a little chaotic at times.

      Pros

      Forever work from home setup and good benefits offered to employees. I feel they care for me (employees). The support system is good.

      Cons

      I feel like I'd perform better if I was given a complete step by step training or guide. At the moment, I feel like I am walking in the dark with a help of candle. Afraid to take a next step as I might fall.
