Pros
There are many Pros, few to be listed:
- New Technologies /Products are being implemented to strengthen the security
- All the processes are being built from scratch so good exposure to learn and implement

- No issues of timing, but you need to complete 8 Hours, which is fine i think so.

Cons
- Local IT for providing your laptop and its accessories sucks big time at Pune 1 Location
- Internal politics are there, but better stay out of it and isolate those ppl who do backstabbing.
