      Incredible Global Collaboration

      Pros

      Working with smart people in every country, commitment to clients and staff, training, agile and responsive for a company with > 8,000 people, the focus is on Team and collaboration where fellow employees are supportive.

      Cons

      Culture requires people to hit the ground running and to be able to work and build relationships virtually given the global geography. Not sure this is a con for everyone but needs to be pointed out.

      Good Pay Work From Home Decent Health Insurance

      Cons

      Several changes made to the company since 2018 which has led to an infusion of mediocre talent in Sr Management and Leadership Team. India Leadership is pathetic (don't have a better word). Only yes men can progress here.
