As we channel more focus onto these areas, we are able to analyze how we can continue to evolve and do better - which is why we commit to not just frequent and consistent internal engagement surveys to stay abreast of how we are doing, but also made the results of the surveys available and accessible to all colleagues for transparency. Colleagues are able to analyze the internal engagement results in comparison to the industry benchmarks that gives clear indication of areas where we are putting more actions in place to improve and also areas we have strengthened, including learning and development.
