      Good salary initially, with benefits

      Cons

      Bad company culture and toxic internal competition that doesn’t incentive team-work or trust. They will hire you, exploit your personal network, and then keep you busy on low revenue/high maintenance deals that take forever to materialize, so when your six month review comes up, you won’t have either your numbers or access to your personal network any longer. While top management gets their numbers higher, you likely won’t. Definition of a pyramid marketing scheme.

      With the high turnover, competent staffs are always taken for granted to do extra work. Leaders are incompetent, biased, and cultivate blame culture.
