Overtime and unfair system

Pros

Good client base indeed No one cares but only good guy sucks

Cons

Ppl are lack of experience from oversea helpdesk. You need to clean their mess. No proper promotion and only promote when ppl left. The best senior did not get promotion but trash staff got promoted because manager left. Lying mgt culture to get best place to work certificate Low salary below market If mgt did not keep that knowledgeable tax team guy, TMF AUS will be screwed. He is the only responsible person and I know he is unhappy as well.
