      - International experience and exposure with opportunities to learn new skills outside of your job spec if you have the time. - Hybrid working model. - For the most part, great colleagues. - Modern working environment.

      Cons

      - Very generic type of work. - Underwhelming type of work for those requiring an intellectually stimulating job. - Extremely corporate in nature with not enough support from HR department. - Lack of experience in the HR department. - Workload is too high with unachievable KPI's. - Work/Life balance is not always possible. - International team leaders can be too demanding and have greater power over local management. - Growth is a matter of a title change and not an actual feeling that is material in nature. - To be promoted, one has to perform beyond excellence making it almost unachievable.

      Flexible working hours, excellent management which is always improving, new learning areas, haven’t come across office politics, opportunities to serve clients globally, salary and perks are good enough to motivate
