There is the opportunity to grow your career. You will learn alot. It's a good place to launch your career. There are nice people that will have your back if you make the right connections. Ability to learn new skills and work with international & national businesses within a well organised organisation. Great team work and everyone is incredibly professional and friendly. Leadership and Management always make opportunities available for junior members.

Handover from staff that has left or moved on needs attention. More control of Engagement decisions.
