Cons

Was a good company to work untill towards end on 2014 when everything changed. The changes take place over night and no consideration is given to the employee. Managers are clueless and with zero experience.

TKE has been a good company to work for and has provided learning and advancement opportunities.

Pros

There are many opportunities to learn new skills if you are willing to do extra work. The benefits are pretty good and there is a nice 401k plan in place.

Cons

There seems to be a buddy network at TKE. Some of the people are promoted or get rewarded because of connections instead of talent. Tuition reimbursement is too little for the 2 year commit they want for it.
