Great safe and challenging environment in a specialized industry. Great benefits, pay and flexible schedule.

Cons

Difficult to advance, older style management resistant to change or progress. Not always about the happiness of the employee but rather how much money are you making them. A considerable amount of nepotism that makes advancement difficult.

Pros

Coworkers supportive and helpful, for the most part. Challenging work where company allows training if needed. Excellent benefits, good pay and hours.

Cons

Upper management doesn't get told the entire story/truth on what is happening in the lower levels. They'd be astonished if they knew how some employees were treated, how policies and procedures were not followed by there department managers/supervisors.
