Thyssen Krupp has a Workers' Union, but it's only real power is the ability to get a terminated ruppemployee their job back, which is actually pretty useful.

Cons

Thyssen Krupp is a large company, and as such the workers are treated more as a number than a human being. However, that is just the nature of a large company.

Excellent benefits. Good working environment and standard hours. My engineering manager was the best I ever had. He has since been promoted to VP of Operations. Maybe things have changed with him in charge.

Cons

Small town mentally can get in the way.
