      Great opportunities for advancement. Pay scale is highly competitive and performance based. Company is in transitional stage and the focus could produce additional opportunities within the company

      Has some upper management flaws and works within a good old boy network . Advancement can become political and the upper management in place will not consider you if you are not part of their internal network. Performance based to an extent but heavily weighted on who you know

      Trendsetters and leaders in the industry is how I can explain TKE. I've truly enjoyed my past 4 years with the company working out of the Miami Office. We have an exciting role given the growth factor in this market. I look forward to the years to come! -JB
