Pros

I had a great time working a TKE; the co workers were friendly, and my boss was great.

Cons

Depending on the department, I was in dispatch starting off and , and everytime a customer was aggravated we were the first to hear it, every bad complaint affected dispatch. As for repair coordinator , no complaints , I really enjoyed it.
