-good salary and benefits -co-workers were friendly and had positive attitudes -seemed like there was room for growth if you wanted to

-unorganized training, no real structure, not a lot of thought was put into what I'd be doing - often felt lost, when I asked for help was usually told to "figure it out" -was told one thing in my interview then told another a few months later, then had to resign because I no longer met what the job required
