      Equipments getting better. But that’s about it!!!

      Your just a number there... don’t offer any extra for good quality work. Upper management is inexperienced, and brainwashed... need to realize who makes the companies money, it’s not the managers up, it’s the working people...

      Great benefits. Pay is good but slightly under industry average. Benefits are super though.

      Good old boys club. Can be dishonest if pressed on anything. Management style is stuck in the 70s.
