      Pros

      The company as a whole is sound after restructuring. If you are willing to relocate there are some good career options, and the company is large enough to possibly train into other jobs.

      Cons

      There is heavy pressure to meet goals and the organization is fairly top-heavy. Training was not thorough in most aspects. There is a fair amount of turnover at this company.
