      Free lunch and the pay was good. Got along with coworkers pretty well and work was rewarded had a good time

      Cons

      Too much micromanaging. We're really stingy on breaks and had poor expense account for me to use It's not that bad thought

      This is an established company, there is plenty of work plenty of challenging demands daily

      Cons

      It's located an hour outside of Memphis. The current Management is out of touch with the local grown employees and the manufacturing culture requires change. There is very littlle support for Buyers and this is a high stress environment. No standard work, no decent forecasting models, and no overtime, although I normally work 50+ hours and I'm salary
