Good benefits. The company and sector itself is very profitable and are leaders in the business. They are innovating product in a regular basis.

Cons

Upper management really does not care about their employees. Profit over everything. They have been steering away from what they are here to do which is to provide their customer, good quality service. Their profit greed has jeopardized their relationships with their customers. I've been here a while and it hurts to see this company change so much (towards a negative detection) in such a short term. They expect you to handle work that CANT be completed accurately in a 10hour work day. Be ready to feel unaccomplished at the end of the day and sad for the customers who suffer from your companies greed.
