      Employee benefits, large corporation with a dynamic structure.

      Cons

      Several initiatives to change operations and processes make room for miscommunication, investments in IT infrastructure, and software development are needed to make operations more efficient. A lot of rejection to change.

      If you like acting like a used car salesmen its great.

      Cons

      The goal is to go public, They are cooking the books for a big payout for c suites. Everyone else will be stuck picking up the pieces. Do even less maintenance, Provide even less service. Try to rip people off as much as possible. Repair sales target is 70% margin. Service sales is 40%. Terrible reputation in the market, but corporate will tell you to "sell the value". There is none. Its an absolute disaster and only a matter of time before every customer and consultant black balls them.
