The CEO, Jeremy Rainwater, and his management staff all the way down to the engineering leadership are doing their best to transform the company for the worse. They have no clue what they are doing and it will be hard to undo everything that they put in place.

However a bad turnover rate for admin staff, in my short three months there several others joined the admin position with all of them leaving within the month as they couldn't deal with the head admin who not only was insufferable to get along with but also had a bad habit of bullying people in the office Very poorly managed office too, nobody really knows what they are doing and good luck if you expect any training as I was given the bare minimum and thrown to the wolves(literally, I came in one day to find they had arranged for me to give a presentation to upper management from across the water - no notice, fuckall training and just expected to whip this together on the spot, could have at least told me when people were booking their tickets to come over for this! When I was there the kitchen was riddled with an ant problem they refused to get an exterminator out for No overtime opportunities, told point blank if I do any extra time I can't claim Flexi or overtime so people in the office are overworked and underpaid
