No micromanaging, some creative liberty, you have clear expectations of your job

Cons

Discount isn’t the greatest. No benefits. It may vary from store to store but the short time I was there, management was difficult to work with.

Pros

Varied responsibilities besides being on register like jewelry counter,stocking/ maintaining the floor, fitting room, and unloading the truck. Break room always stocked with various snacks and meals to eat.

Cons

Hard to get time off because they would block out certain days on the calendar that we weren’t allowed to take off. Had a small number of call outs allowed before being fired so was responsible for posting and getting another coworker to cover shift.
