Co-workers and managers were wonderful to work with and the selection of merchandise in the store was always nice to comb through and process.

Cons

Some customers were difficult to deal with, but not unlike any other retail job.

The discount is only 10% sometimes 20% A lot of work for little pay

Great sale concept names brands at low prices with economy the way it is. Wonderful people in stores to work with. Good benefits.

Cons

Payroll cuts, old technology, & district mgmt on up not aware of what has to be dealt with in stores. Not place to work if want a family life--long hours and almost all weekends for store mgmt.
