The company likes to promote with in. Cares about providing breaks.

Cons

Supervisors over asdociates are unpaid and unappreciated. Especially the ones that at times run the building. A lot has to do with what kind of manager you have at the time on how your work is balanced with your life. The schedule can be pretty rough.
