Coworkers were great Got a raise after 6 months

I had 6 different bosses, usually more than one working at a time Lack of communication Lots of people quit Poorly managed Got called in all the time, even while I was in school Terrible training

Managers treated associates like human beings Very accepting when it came to appearance (dreads, 2 inch plugs, facial piercings, different colored hair, etc.[I even got away with wearing patches of bands on my dress shirts]) Wear whatever you wanted, for the most part. It of course had to be work-appropriate. Definite raise especially if you play the "game."

Cons

TJX Rewards Card.. I personally felt terrible asking people if they would like to be enslaved by TJ. gossip for days
