Pros

I got to work with a range of different types of individuals and customers which made the working environment enjoyable. It is a great job to have if your still in high school to just work weekends or a full time college student.

Cons

The pay is not the greatest you have to be a hard worker to be able to do this type of job. Another part is when there are employees who just walk around and does nothing to help recover the store nicely for the next day just makes more work for mine/other hard working employees.

A Complete Waste of Life

Pros

It's easy and you'll make some pocket change.

Cons

It's boring and there isn't much to do. You are assigned a department that takes little to no effort to clean, since you are not required to organize clothes by color or style. So long as all the sizes are grouped together, it can be "hashed" which is a word the company uses to excuse why their stores look like crap. If you work the night shift, just know that you won't get off when you are scheduled to, because everyone who works that night must leave together, regardless if you are ready or not. Surprisingly, even with the lack of things to do, you will still find lazy associates who will try to pawn their responsibilities off on you. This is a job for people who don't really want to work hard but want some extra cash, has already retired from a career or is still in school and hasn't started one yet. Don't work here if you are looking for a challenge. Better yet, only work here if you honestly have exhausted every other option.

Pros

Paid every week 45 minute lunch breaks for full time employees

Cons

The management stands around and hides in the office. They treat you like garbage and complain at you when you don't finish your department. The last time I got a compliment was during my interview... They gave a position title and made it sound really great but when it got real I realized that I am just a body. If I didn't show up for work no one would notice until they needed to criticize me.
