Pros

pay was decent and the benefits were good. Three day weekends were awesome.

Cons

Warehouse workers are given a 60 day probation period. The worker is required to have a 90% effiecency score to stay after 60 days. However, it is next to impossible to get 90%. I was in the ticketing department. On one assignment I had to ticket 1,300 jeans in three hours to achieve 90%. Considering that all the jeans were in a box and wrapped in plastic, that was impossible. The company makes the completion times ridiculous so that most new employee's will be gone after 60 days.

Pros

For young people and their first job experience.

Cons

16 or less hours a week. Ridiculous. Lack of training, management is unapproachable. Expectations to sell credit cards with the threat of firing if associate does not comply. At least that was told to couple different employees. Scheduling sucks! Under staffed daily yet they keep hiring and people can't get hours or they quit.
