Pros

Timac Agro has some very good products. There are a lot of extremely talented people who work there. There is more and more local data being gathered to show the results of products.

Cons

The company is experiencing growing pains as they expand like many other companies do. They do tend to pay on the low side of the pay scale. Lack of truly understanding it takes time to grow a sales region.
