Toxic HR culture with rampant favoritism and fraud
Pros
Salary comes on time and thats the only pros If you are well connected with the HR people even if you have done any kind of fraud you are backed by them. But if you are not then you are shown the door.
Cons
- The entire HR team is horrible. If there an any issues the HR will take the sides of the manager and just for the sake they will listen to the employee's problem but they will do what the manager says. - The recruiters will ask for the referrals but will never call back. The entire recruitment team does fraud and fire people with the help of HR. - The HR Manager is expressionless and I wonder who has appointed him as an HR at the first place. - There are mini family's inside the company, so if they say they are MNC please ignore its just a LALA company with people working there for more that 13 years and they have appointed their own families. - All kind of frauds are happening in each department
