Pros
--- Flexible timing --- Very less work Pressure --- Compnay has wfh culture --- reachable to management with ease --- cab to and fro and food available. --- perks are attractive
Cons
--- Timings are a concern (1-10, 2-11, 5-2am) --- Its always heard projects are on pipeline --- no shift allowance but they give food and cab. --- appraisals are in numbers and it's fixed(70-100000) irrespective of what u do..and this is for all levels
