      Pros

      Good pay, with full time contracts available. Also opportunity to relocate throughout Europe. Shops are very busy and it gets the day in, always something new to work on.

      Cons

      It can be a difficult job, you need to want to work hard and have a passion for customer service.

      Cons

      Bad management, unachievable goals set. Spoken to like dirt. Christmas rota only went up a week before Christmas so no staff could plan time with family's etc.

      Pros

      I am currently at university and they are so flexible around my studies, as a result I have worked for the company for nearly 5 years. As I go to university away from home, TK Maxx have accommodated me transferring stores during summer and Christmas which has been brilliant. Within the company there are plenty of opportunities to do a variety of jobs and learn new skills.

      Cons

      A con would be the opportunity for part time workers to move up. As I have worked for the store for many years I can sometimes take on a supervisors role, so it would be good if this role was available even of it was just for the weekends when it's the busiest. This would be a good stepping stone for part time staff who could move on to full time as a team leader. I am extremely passionate about merchandising and it would be good if the company had a scheme where you could work up levels to get recognition of your skills.
