Pros

You get good pay. you get 5 weeks holiday a year which is good. your work pattern is sometimes varied which is good for me as i am a student. its flexible. staff are friendly

Cons

you can be on your feet for hours at a time. it's hard to keep customers happy about pricing. customers dont fuy understand how tkmaxxx works. customers treat it like a jumble sale. its messy. its hard to maintain because there i so much stuff. it's hard to bag items when everything is a wierd shape.

I like working for tk maxx because everyone is friendly, we work together as a team not as individuals. They have transferred me up and down the country from Plymouth to Taunton because of uni so i have a constant job. We get discount on ALL items in store.

Cons

Some of the customers treat you like rubbish because they don't understand our off price model or why this item is one price but an identical one has a different price.
