Pros
There is never a boring day in T.K. Maxx and no two days are ever the same! I have met some great people through working in T.K. Maxx. Reward gift cards for EPC's are great, means I can get something I have had my eye on!
Cons
T.K. Maxx can be a challenging place to work in, it is not like any other type of clothing/department store. It takes a lot of hard work and team work to be able to work for this company. It is sometimes a challenge at the end of the night to recover the store (some nights are worse than others!) in the allocated amount of time. Sometimes the customers can be quite challenging. Having only 10% reduction on damaged goods can be a problem explaining to customers.
