      Recent structure changes have badly effected a great company

      Pros

      Met some great, fun, skilled people here. Will take these relationships with me through the rest of my professional career if I can.

      Cons

      Recent structural change has left many associates unsure where responsibilities and decision making for some key areas lie. As a result many business projects are getting briefed later and later, causing great stress and negative impact on associates involved in the projects. This was not the case until last year when everything worked an awful lot better than it does now, and still it gets progressively worse every week, not better.

      Pros

      pay was the only good thing as this was my first job. and some of the people who work there.

      Cons

      managers and team leaders where dreadful. did not help you in anyway. just expect you to know everything. horrible hours. expect far too much of a person. and they do not take employees other commitments into consideration. the costumers there treat staff as scum. and in my experience there was no bonus to working at tkmaxx.
