No flexibility to work different hours I have been doing Lates since I started. You barely ever get out on time there have been times I'm meant to finish at 9 but I've stayed until 11 because the department isn't finished. Overtime is cut off half way during the month and it's sometimes confusing to tell whether you've been paid the correct amount or not. I mainly only ever get asked to do additional hours when I'm back at university and I constantly get harassed by other managers to work and when I say I can't they won't accept no as an answer and will try and pressure me to come in. Change your hours without asking and put you down for extra days without confirming with you first.
