      I have worked for tk maxx for 9 years. worked in different areas. its a really good environment never had any problems! met loads of different people and socialise with them regularly. never been off sick ever! I enjoy it and feel apart of a family! have our ups and downs LOL!

      Cons

      having 2 prove yourself 2 new different managers every year is a headache! think associates that have been loyal to the company for along time should get more appreciation even if they cant progress because of circumstances!

      Pros

      My working hours are flexible which I really need as I have a young family and the people I work work with are nice. I was able to progress to doing different things with more responsibilities quickly.

      Cons

      Working bank holidays and over Christmas is definatly not reflected in the pay. And sometimes you are not appreciated by management for the extra things that you do.
