      Pros

      Very well paid for retail work and very good at getting extra hours if needed all the staff get along with eachother and we all fit in as a family

      Cons

      They would change to rota and not tell you about it but they are working on this and post changes on the staff Facebook page sometimes

      Pros

      TK Maxx has been my only employer and I do not consider leaving any time soon. As a student, they are flexible with hours so I can work around my timetable. My three years have been fairly enjoyable and I have learned a lot.

      Cons

      It is a very busy business so if you aren't prepared to be constantly on the move, then it probably isn't a job for you.
