If you have offered an interview in the accounts payable in Watford, RUN! This is a company that is run so badly it will affect your physical wellbeing. The management run this place like a sweat shop- no talking to your colleagues allowed, no breaks apart from 30 min lunch break, leaving you to stare at the screen for 4 hours continuously, being bullied by managers and team leaders, making you feel stupid. Is very close to an abusive relationship - you will feel like you're so stupid, no other company will want to hire you. Is very high volumes and you're pushed to reach your high targets every day. You're made to explain why you haven't reach them that day. No recognition for hard work, not a single "well done" in the contrary you're told you're not working hard even though the daily stats proves otherwise. Its a toxic working environment, please dont join this company

I made friends at tk maxx but that's the only positive, the staff are really bad at treating employees and that's at every tk maxx. I have worked in 3 for 3 years as a sales associate

Cons

Not allowed water on the shop floor, strict staff, treated like a slave, every tk maxx is the same
