      Pros

      Decent salary for me as i was at college and only had a few bills to pay. Team spirit is great amongst other sales staff. 20% family and friends discount is good on certain weekends.

      Cons

      Bad management. Rude, no recognition. 10% discount is poor.

      Great place to work friendly team good customers great career prospects you can grow as fast as you like 10% staff discount

      Shifts changes without notice difficult to plan a life outside work can be stressful knot enough staff always pressure to to get survey out

      Pros

      The atmosphere is laid back, supervisors and managers are understanding and approachable. As a part time employee, flexible hours were readily available to suit cater to my university timetable.

      Cons

      Store's reputation means that the majority of customers are automatically disrespectful toward the merchandise, premises and on many occasions, staff. Likewise, many employees find it easy to approach the work in a lazy or careless manner.
