      Good pay Got my 16 contracted hours every week

      Cons

      Shop is never tidy. I would spend my 4 hour shift tidying for it to look exactly same as customers would immediately mess it back up

      Pros

      I'm a full time student and whenever my timetable changes, there is always effort made to work around it. There is a good support network if you would like to try and climb the ladder. Basic salary is also very good for what the job entails.

      Cons

      When it comes to peak, there is a lot of pressure put on employees to take up extra shifts. No appreciation from management for the extra mile that employees often go.
