      Pros

      Great atmosphere if you enjoy hard work, getting offered extra hours, decent pay for retail, good management, good teamwork culture.

      Cons

      Finding out your roster only 1 week in advance (sometimes 1 day), last minute changes to roster (without prior notice), offering 8 hour contracts. Stretched thin with hours. A lot of people on the Rising Stars program with not a lot of actual progression.

      Pros

      Great pay at £8.15 ph as an experienced associate. If you work hard for them they will reward you and they appreciate your hard work. Can move up through the company pretty quickly, Looking at assistant manager in 5 years if worked for! Staff morale can be very good most of the time. Very family oriented and will support working mums.

      Cons

      Long days, hard work. Customer can be pretty rude and no appreciation. Flexible working required unless you have a really good excuse/reason.
