Lack luster and ineffective management

Pros

The benefits are a little better than those of the competitors, but not that much better. Vacation time is easy to come and go as you please and unlimited sick time are nice.

Cons

The low pay in comparison to the competition in the area. Also promotions are hard to come by. Continually changing managers and not backfilling people who move on for "Career Development" are disheartening.

Pros

Very nice people to work with. Very accomodating to your life and needs. Interesting work.

Cons

Was left out of the loop on many things, had to find information on my own with some detective work. Communication from regional management was not that good...it was one way communication top down. A lot of chaos took place when converting systems...and then postponement. Expect people to work at location that will close. Poor morale.
