      - Good pay and benefits - International career exposure - Low pressure environment - Flexible work arrangements - Don't quibble over minor numbers for cost savings

      Cons

      - People are always busy / travelling; it is hard to build a strong rapport - It seems the company does not have an established direction it is always changing - Hierarchy is a mess / complicated - Too much tools to use and sometimes they are not used as needed - People dont work aligned, differents efforts globally at the same topic - Especially at the seed business the industrial environment is low-technology
