      Pleasant work environment but lack growth at HQ

      Pros

      Decent pay and very good work environment at HQ especially the infrastructure, IT and canteen+cafetaria. Flexible work policy and relatively good employee benefits. Also good social payout available. Great colleagues, international, lots of projects and programs to learn and do new things. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Severe lack of career progression / opportunities, made worse with the downsizing at HQ. Extremely relationship based to secure career advancement, instead of performance based. Very limited pay increment. DEI felt like a lip-service after awhile, lots of trainings & webinars but lack concrete and impactful actions. Senior management is predominantly male-dominated and from similar few 'clans'.

      Some very helpful and talented colleagues, better pay than other companies in the industry

      Cons

      Some very poor managers and behaviour which doesn’t get addressed. Very unclear terms for promotion, lack of clarity about work levels. Slow decision making and a lot of bureaucracy
