      Pros

      A competitive salary and incentives package, including an annual bonus program that recognizes stronger performances with higher rewards. Excellent recognition program and state of the art training system and owning and growing your business.

      Cons

      It is not easy there’s ups and down. You have to have the market.

      Managers lack experience, lots of women (95% in LTD) are like cackling hens, WAY to much gossip and people getting into everyone's business.

      Pros

      The company is a great company to work fir - flex hours and agile work environment (read: work from home), support in work and learning, pension matching, bonuses are actually paid every year, etc.

      Cons

      For a company that provides benefits, I expected the health & dental plan to be outstanding. Don't get me wrong, the plan is good...but I've had better with other employers (who weren't insurers). My plan doesn't even cover the premiums for 100% medical and dental for a single employee, let alone family coverage! The company brags about being a great place to work for young people. However, only 6 weeks of mat leave top up are provided - really? How is this going to support young families? Pay for CPAs is not at market level. Staff know they are being underpaid and it is discouraging.
