      Pros

      Good benefit/ok pay - in line with other similar industries. Good at hiring talented people and good training. Can work remotely in some cases.

      Cons

      Lots of employee turnover and too many process/policy changes created confusion and frustration. Good at hiring talented people however they fail to retain the same top talent.
