      They will do a lot of activities throughout the year for all employees

      Cons

      From supervisor to manager, to top management, no balance in leadership, they all cover for each other and if you are not in their fave list, you will be overworked and unappreciated.

      Pros

      Not much politics, so you can focus on work. Abit more flexibility, empowered to make certain decisions with management.

      Cons

      It's a very localised culture, with a fraction of staffs having a rather immature mindset. Still with much area for growth and improvement. Lean organisation, backup isn't really a priority.

      Pros

      Sonepar is and the Sales and Operations Program has been an incredible experience. The company is driven by innovation that pours training and development into all of its associates from top to bottom. The work environment is inclusive, diverse and as a current employee I’m thankful to where be apart of an organization with such high morale.

      Cons

      Working for such a large organization with so many employees and locations can sometimes be challenging.
